The sauna operates on standard 110V household power with 2000W consumption. Most homes can accommodate this without electrical upgrades, but consult an electrician if you have concerns about your circuit capacity.
Carbon mica panels heat more evenly and efficiently than ceramic, reaching optimal temperature faster while maintaining consistent heat distribution. The 8-panel configuration eliminates cold spots common in ceramic systems.
Yes, the sauna is designed for daily use. The 15-20 minute pre-heat time and smart app controls make it practical for consistent recovery routines without significant time investment.
Hemlock naturally resists moisture and requires minimal maintenance. Occasional cleaning with a damp cloth and ensuring proper ventilation will maintain the wood's appearance and durability.
The app connects via WiFi to control temperature settings up to 145°F, set session timers, and turn the sauna on or off remotely. You can start your session before leaving work or the gym.
